We deliver relationships and sexuality education (RSE) in a neuroaffirming person-centred model. We support individuals, mainly neurodivergent, and the people in their networks, to have greater control over their relationships and how they express themselves.

  • We work with individuals of all abilities and ages, through trauma-informed counselling and personalised education.
  • We support clients through their natural sexual development and what that means for them in different contexts.
  • We work with parents and carers to help them support their kids across the lifespan and transitional phases, and in their developing personal identity.
  • We provide evidence-based professional development for allied health professionals and teachers.
  • We provide Clinical Supervision to other practitioners working in the field of counselling, sexuality and/or disability.
  • Different types of people and relationships
  • Emotional awareness, recognition and regulation
  • Understanding our bodies, including privacy and safety
  • Understanding difference and diversity
  • Identity – whatever that means for the individual
  • Public and private (body parts, behaviour, talk, and places)
  • Boundaries
  • Puberty, including emotions and hygiene
  • Sexual reproduction
  • Sex for pleasure (safety, respect and consent)
  • The online world – dating, pornography, gaming, chat forums; responses and reporting
  • Social skills relating to intimate behaviour and sexuality
  • Workplace transition and appropriate behaviours
  • Sexuality as we age (it’s a lifelong thing!).
  • Complex Care: Concerning sexual behaviour online and offline; involvement in the justice system.

We work one-on-one or in groups. We bring years of experience, qualifications in sexology, counselling and training; we use evidence-based resources and approaches; and engaging, creative and flexible approaches to meet the unique needs of our learners. We provide the facts, strategies and fantastic resources to help you on your journey.

If we work with your client or child with a disability, we understand the importance of also working with the team or family at times.

We are person-centred, neuroaffirming and human rights-based. We convey messages that support everyone’s human right to fulfilling, safe relationships and sexual expression. We work in an evidence-based model.

We accept NDIS Self-Managed or Plan-Managed clients and private individuals.

Understanding about human sexuality, in all its forms and contexts, leads to greater self=awareness and confidence. It enables you to make value-led choices about your body and your life. If you are a parent, carer or teacher, you then get to pass on that learning to those you care for. This is a critical part of support often overlooked, or that people feel unable to do. CREST

We use The CREST Way, created by Michaela Southby, Forensic Sexologist and Registered Counsellor. Based on over twelve years experience working and studying in sexuality and relationship counselling and education, Michaela identified a need for an outcomes framework to guide her work with RSE, that recognises sexuality as a fundamental part of the human condition, which is heavily influenced by our societal contexts and experiences. The CREST way leads to core life-skills and personal characteristics of Confidence, Respect, Empowerment, Safety, and Talking.
