What we do
We support people to learn more about human sexuality, and how to develop safe and pleasurable relationships. And those people go on to support others, sharing accurate knowledge with confidence, supporting people they care for. We are particularly focussed on supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families, and families living with disability.
- We work with individuals of all abilities and ages, through counselling and personalised education.
- We train professionals to support their clients with sexuality related issues – online or in-person.
- We upskill parents to better help their kids understand and manage their natural human development, and their developing identities and sexual discovery.
- We provide research led, engaging presentations for professional development meetings and conferences.
- We provide Clinical Supervision to practitioners working in the field of counselling, sexuality and/or disability.

How we do it
We work one-on-one or in groups. We bring years of experience, qualifications in sexology, counselling and training; we use evidence-based resources and approaches; and engaging, creative and flexible approaches to meet the unique needs of our learners. We provide the facts, strategies and fantastic resources to help you on your journey.
If we work with your client or child with a disability, we understand the importance of also working with the team or family at times.
We are person-centred, neuroaffirming and human rights based. We do not convey messages that are counter to all person’s human rights to fulfilling, safe relationships and sexual expression.
We accept NDIS Self or Plan Managed clients, and private individuals. There is some scope for private health insurance, please enquire.
Outcomes
Understanding about human sexuality, in all its forms and contexts, leads to greater self=awareness and confidence. It enables you to make value-led choices about your body and your life. If you are a parent, carer or teacher, you then get to pass on that learning to those you care for. This is a critical part of support often overlooked, or that people feel unable to do. CREST
We use The CREST Way, created by Michaela Southby, Forensic Sexologist and Registered Counsellor. Based on over twelve years experience working and studying in sexuality and relationship counselling and education, Michaela identified a need for an outcomes framework to guide her work with RSE, that recognises sexuality as a fundamental part of the human condition, which is heavily influenced by our societal contexts and experiences. The CREST way leads to core life-skills and personal characteristics of Confidence, Respect, Empowerment, Safety, and Talking.
